Customer Follow-up Connected to Appointment Changes

Customer follow-up works better when the next message reflects what has actually happened. Wild Pines built Spruce to connect appointment changes, configured message journeys and staff action in one application.
The scheduling system remains the authority for appointments; Spruce uses those changes to shape message timing, customer context and staff actions. A Waiting queue brings exceptions to staff, and reporting keeps the wider activity visible. We also built simulated journeys with controlled changes and known outcomes to check how the application behaves across the full follow-up process.
