EVEEVO turns the overwhelming EV-buying journey into a guided, personalized experience, lifestyle-based search, integrated financing, and one-tap reservation in a single flow.

Buying an electric vehicle means juggling fragmented listing sites, opaque pricing, and zero guidance for first-time EV owners. Dealers, meanwhile, have no direct channel to reach serious buyers. EVEEVO came to us with one goal: merge the entire journey — discovery, financing, and reservation — into a single, intuitive app.

We designed the product end-to-end: user research, information architecture, wireframes, and a complete UI system for iOS and Android. Key design decisions:

Lifestyle-based search instead of spec filters. Users answer "how do you drive?" and get matched with the right vehicles — cutting choice paralysis for EV newcomers.

Onboarding that teaches. The buy and sell paths are explained in-flow, so first-time users never hit a dead end.

Integrated finance check. Tailored financing offers appear right next to the car, not in a separate portal.

Real-time reservation. From "found it" to "reserved" in under a minute.

Dealer visibility tools. A guided selling process that helps dealers reach buyers directly, replacing email back-and-forth with in-app requests.

Early users described the experience as "a game, not a task" onboarding that feels effortless instead of overwhelming.

Faster decision-making: personalization narrows thousands of listings down to a relevant shortlist.

Dealer–buyer communication moved fully in-app, streamlining the path from inquiry to reservation.

The design system was built to scale ready to extend to web and dealer dashboards without rework.
