PR Management: Stukafest Amsterdam 2024

Stukafest Amsterdam is a student arts festival that transforms ordinary student rooms and cultural hotspots around the city into extraordinary stages for cultural exploration. We turn these rooms into mini-theatres that bring together performing and visual artists from various disciplines and make the city's diverse artistic tapestry extra accessible to young Amsterdammers for one evening.

As the sole Public Relations Manager for Stukafest Amsterdam 2024, I manage and create content for our Instagram page, targeted at a young, mostly student audience. This includes community management, creating graphics to promote the artists performing at our festival, creating Instagram reels and writing captions for both Instagram posts and stories. I also create targeted Instagram ads using the posts on our page to extend our reach and generate more website clicks/ticket sales.

For this year's edition of Stukafest, I created a ticketing guide that explained our (admittedly confusing) ticketing system. The goal was to create an informative and concise page that people could read before being redirected to the ticket shop – and it had to be fun to read!
