The problem
The Pip Collective runs a live FinTech membership platform with trading tools and subscription plans. Stripe payments were failing, and the original developers were gone.
What I did
Took over the live codebase with no handover
Traced the payment and login flows end to end
Fixed the payment failures first, then the bugs and slow APIs underneath
Kept the same codebase. No rewrite.
The result
Payment success rate up to 99%
