Project Summary
JayTegs is a US-based Afrobeat recording artist signed under Envision Music Group, boasting a discography of over 15+ albums, EPs, and singles across major platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and iTunes.
The goal was to design and build a high-performance web platform from scratch that serves as the artist’s central digital hub. The project involved wireframing and prototyping in Figma, followed by full-scale responsive development in WordPress using Elementor Pro. The platform centralizes music streaming, fan merchandise, upcoming tour dates, project releases, and commercial booking assessments.
The Challenge need to build on
Despite an expanding global audience and extensive release catalog, JayTegs needed a dedicated, centralized digital presence to address several operational needs:
Fragmented Fan Experience: Listeners were scattered across external streaming platforms with no unified ecosystem for direct engagement.
Release Campaign Management: The artist needed a high-impact launchpad for the upcoming record release, FLT 27.
Direct-to-Consumer Monetization: A dedicated, secure storefront was required for official artist merchandise.
Professional Booking & Tour Inquiry Funnel: Management needed an automated inquiry and tour-booking workflow for promoters, brands, and venue organizers.
