Monitored and Responded to Reviews: We monitored the GMB profile for new reviews and responded promptly to each one, thanking the customer for their feedback and addressing any concerns or issues raised in negative reviews.
Incentivized Reviews: To encourage more customers to leave a review, we offered an incentive such as a discount on their next purchase or entry into a prize draw. This helped to increase the number of positive reviews and improve the business's overall rating on GMB.
Promoted Positive Reviews: We promoted positive reviews on social media and the business's website to increase visibility and encourage more customers to leave a review.
Tracked and Analyzed Results: We tracked the number of reviews collected and the overall rating of the GMB profile. We also analyzed customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes to the business's products or services.
