Illustrated Storytelling for Detach App

Detach is an app that helps users improve their relationship to scrolling and screentime. I collaborated with Dario Ferrando to build a visual brand around my illustrated characters.

We knew we needed something special to help Detach stand out from the competition. We leaned hard hard into our chaotic side and created an irreverent, cartoony brand with lots of heart and humor to make Detach unforgettable in the eyes of their customers.

We did early style tests with human characters, but the raccoons stole the show pretty quickly.
