Hello Wash Laundry - Service Platform App

Project Details
1.) Overview
Hello Wash Laundry is a company engaged in the laundry service, for all your laundry requirements, from washing, drying, folding to packing, etc.
2.) Pain Points
Because the previous app design was not user-friendly, we are improving the UI and UX components to make it easier for users to use the app.
On the client side, we have added several features such as live order tracking, more comprehensive payment options, and so on. In the admin section, we will include a dashboard for managing client data as well as an organized schedule for the laundry driver.
3.) User Research
We interviewed operational Hello Wash Laundry to map out their workflows as well as identify the tools they were using throughout the transaction process and delivery. We needed to understand what processes we could standardize and what we needed to provide flexibility in.
We also conducted interviews with recent client to learn about their experience and pain points throughout the purchasing process.
4.) Design Process
After the discovery process, I mapped out the user journey and created a sitemap for each user archetype. We then drafted low-fidelity wireframes for an Android app while the client worked with a branding agency to finalize the logo and color palette.
Once the branding was established, I began building the design system using an atomic approach and translating all the low-fidelity designs into high-fidelity wireframes.
We began usability tests on operational Hello Wash Laundry and recent clients, providing them with tasks to complete to ensure the user flows were intuitive. This led to a few iterations to correct any usability issues identified before handing designs off to the engineers.

We mirrored Home and Other menu like Swiggy and Hyperzod apps while adding new features to speed up the user experience and make the app more user-friendly.
✦ Live Order Tracking
Track your Hello Wash ID number orders as they come to you. No more time estimates, no more confusion. Know where your order is at all times, from the Hello Wash Laundry to your doorstep.
✦ Third Party
Every transaction requires third-party services such as Debit, Credit, ATM Cards, and other payment methods for fast and secure transactions.
We also used an in-app chat for a third party by Hello Wash Laundry to improve communication between the Client and Laundry Driver.
