I built an end-to-end automation in Make.com that transforms raw discovery call responses into a professional, client-ready proposal in minutes.

When a lead completes a Typeform discovery call questionnaire, the data is automatically enriched and passed through OpenAI to generate:

A tailored proposal (problem statement, solution pitch, scope of work).

A milestone and timeline breakdown for project delivery.

The outputs are parsed into structured JSON and dynamically injected into a PandaDoc template. The result is a polished, personalized proposal that’s instantly ready to send to the client — no manual writing, formatting, or copy-pasting required.
