Taylora Website Redesign: Conversion-Focused and Brand-Centric
Objective
Redesign Taylora’s website to increase conversions while making it feel approachable, modern, and tailored to its audience. The focus was on simplifying the user journey and creating a stronger emotional connection with the target users.
My Workflow
1. Strategy
• Analyzed the previous website to identify conversion gaps and improve usability.
• Designed a streamlined flow that guides users naturally toward taking action, like signing up or making a purchase.
2. Custom Characters
• Created four unique characters, each representing one of Taylora’s target personas.
• Designed them to feel relatable and reflect the diverse users of the platform.
3. Conversion-Focused Design
• Refined headlines, layouts, and CTAs to emphasize benefits over features.
• Designed a clean, modular layout that presents information clearly without overwhelming users.
4. Responsive Prototyping
• Built mobile-first designs to ensure the site works flawlessly on all devices.
• Used Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes and delivered screens that have been approved for development.
