JAGA.ID, a digital platform developed by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in Indonesia, faced challenges in terms of outdated design, limited functionality, and user engagement. The platform aimed to provide a transparent and efficient system for reporting corruption cases and ensuring citizen participation in anti-corruption efforts. The KPK wanted to revamp and enhance JAGA.ID to improve its usability, increase user engagement, and strengthen its role in fighting corruption.
