Plot Pin is a smart and intuitive mobile app I designed to modernize how real estate professionals search, share, and manage plot listings. Built specifically for realtors and their teams, the app serves as a private marketplace, accessible only via invitation, ensuring exclusivity, security, and collaboration within verified networks.

I was hired by Bails Soft to lead the entire design initiative from the ground up, where my role included product thinking, UX/UI design, and a complete design system handoff to developers, all crafted in Figma.
