This project showcases the design of an HR Tech platform focused on helping professionals discover jobs, learn from industry discussions, and engage with a career-focused community. Designed in Figma, the platform combines job searching, referrals, questions and answers, and educational content within a single experience.

The goal was to create a structured and easy-to-navigate interface that supports both job seekers and professionals while keeping information organized and accessible.

Many job platforms focus only on job listings, forcing users to switch between multiple platforms for career advice, interview preparation, referrals, and industry insights.

The challenge was to design a centralized experience where users could search for jobs, explore referrals, consume learning content, and participate in professional discussions without feeling overwhelmed.

I focused on creating a clear information architecture that separates content into dedicated sections while maintaining a consistent user experience.

The design prioritizes:
