At GTRI, I performed GUI automation by automating Windows native applications, significantly improving the testing workflow. This involved creating and utilizing new libraries in the Robot framework, which not only enhanced efficiency but also modernized our testing processes.

I also focused on upgrading legacy applications to align with customer specifications, enhancing server capabilities, and troubleshooting internal system issues. These efforts were pivotal in strengthening overall application functionality and reliability.
