Virtual Consultation App

For this project, I was tasked with designing an integrated digital solution for virtual medical consultations. The goal was to merge four separate applications (consult, visit, order, and report) into a single, cohesive platform. My process began with understanding the company’s business objectives and conducting user interviews to identify pain points and requirements.

I focused on user-centered design to create wireframes and sketches, ensuring the new application was intuitive and user-friendly. The user interface design utilized medical colors, with a particular emphasis on blue to convey trust and safety. Through interactive prototyping, I tested various user flows to optimize the user experience and streamline interactions. My approach involved extensive research and design thinking to address issues such as cognitive overload and fragmented user journeys.
