My main role with my Wordpress clients is depending on the current state of their website. Sometimes I am responsible to create their website from scratch according to their ideas. In these cases I'm always contracted to maintain their site so that it doesn't break after a year (I've seen a lot of horror stories for this scenario).

Other times I am hired to fix the accessibility issues on their sites, which includes a report, a suggestion on how to proceed with the tasks, and the fix itself.
