This project involved conducting a comprehensive GST audit for Danone in Mumbai. The audit focused on reconciling the General Ledger with GSTR-1 to verify the audited total income necessary for GSTR-9C reporting. Additionally, we aligned Table 8A with the Purchase Register, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all reported figures. This meticulous process was aimed at identifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for maintaining compliance with GST regulations.
