SUI GENERIS—Latin for "One of a Kind"—was created as a special yearbook that feels more like a stylish magazine than a traditional school book. As the lead designer, I wanted to make something that stood out and would be remembered for years. The book tells the story of each student through creative layouts, strong visuals, and bold design choices. It was made to grab attention, show personality, and leave a strong impression on everyone who reads it.
The key objective was to deliver a yearbook that felt bold, modern, and elevated—something that mirrored the individuality of the graduating class. By implementing a fresh and artistic style guide, I ensured the layout was engaging, dynamic, and unforgettable. Typography, color palettes, and layout grids were thoughtfully chosen to reflect the creative energy of the students. I incorporated storytelling frameworks, custom layouts, and polished editorial spreads that left a lasting impression on both students and prospective clients.
