Fines are a big problem in Argentina, where each province has their own rules and systems to pay.

The lack of notification from these system is a big problem as drivers end up facing big fines as they don't regularly check on them.

This happened to me when I checked for fines on my car and discovered I had a handful of unpaid ones.

Initially I created a small scraping bot for me, and shared through Reddit which created a small community of 100+ users inside my website within less than 48 hours.

I decided to expand the reach of the bot and created a fully fledged website for anyone to sign-up.

Site currently monitors almost 1500 cars in the province of Buenos Aires.

First version was a monthly subscription which turned out to be complex and generated friction.

I started researching on the legal side of things and came across attorneys who operate within this niche and provide legal consultancy to drivers to reduce the amount to be paid on expired fines.

After many meetings I developed an agreement with the #1 firm in Buenos Aires, to generate leads for them through Multabot.

The day I launched the service I closed 6 deals, and believe to have found product-market fit.

Since then I've continuously developed the service and so far we've closed over 50+ deals, while doing everything automated through the website.

I envisioned a mascot for this case, which was embedded into a micro-universe of interactions.

Reddit was the primary channel of distribution.

Currently experimenting with SEO + AI generated content.

AI Keyword analysis to find the right low-competition keywords to rank.

Word of mouth has been huge for the site, so far only 5⭐️ reviews across the entire process.

Newsletter and e-mail marketing. Currently at 95% open rate we're doing great with email, everything's fully automated using Loops.so
