Onboarding vendors, manage Visa Sponsorship matters, perform succession planning, recruitment research and develop strategies for Recruitment and company engagement via social media.
Typical tasks include: Review and research the role, perform basic demographic research including job market and compensation, perform an intake with hiring manager or hiring team, create or customize the job description, agree with hiring team on update days/times/format, edit job search strategy and/or search resources as needed with the approval of Hiring manager, conduct screening interviews based on the job description, create candidate summaries for the Hiring team for review, schedule candidate interviews and follow up feedback sessions with all participants, negotiate offers of employment and create written job offer, extend verbal offer and initiate onboarding.
