AI Multimedia Pipeline for Long-Form Video

Challenge Long-form video production required repetitive manual work to organize source files, identify useful segments, generate subtitles, and prepare consistent editor-ready outputs.

Solution I built a Windows-ready Python pipeline using FFmpeg, WhisperX, diarization, and SceneDetect to process media, classify candidates, create subtitles and rough cuts, and package outputs for editing.

Outcome The workflow turned a fragile manual process into a repeatable, auditable pipeline that supports batch processing and reduces time spent on mechanical editing tasks.
