:I wanted to turn a simple everyday message—stay healthy—into something a little more absurd.

This illustration combines humor, relaxation, and streetwear aesthetics: a character reminding us that working out keeps you healthy, while getting good sleep keeps you around longer.

I create illustrations that are simple, playful, and sometimes weird—but always with a deeper idea behind them.
