The customer journey within GDS encountered numerous challenges. In order to enhance this journey, our primary focus was to substitute the existing Survey Monkey form with a tailor-made solution. Given that our target audience comprises C-Suite executives, it was imperative to ensure that the form was streamlined and efficient, considering their limited availability. With this objective in mind, we crafted a concise form, minimizing the need for excessive scrolling or the completion of superfluous questions.
