B2B Onboarding Portal – Salesforce Experience Cloud

Overview
I built a complete B2B Customer Onboarding Portal on Salesforce Experience Cloud for a gas CRM client. Customers register their company through a custom portal, are automatically set up as community users, and move through a tracked onboarding journey (NDA, KYC, HOT and site visit) while internal teams approve each stage inside Salesforce.

What I built
Custom registration form built with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Automated NDA approval workflow with HOD notifications via Apex
Community user auto-creation on form submission
Document upload and management system
Multi-stage onboarding progress tracker (NDA → KYC → HOT → Site Visit → Complete)
Complaint management with auto-escalation after 5 hours
Flow Builder automation for manual NDA status change triggers
