OrbitMart – Hyperlocal Delivery Marketplace
Ashwini Kurekar
Overview
OrbitMart is a hyperlocal "store 2 door" delivery platform that connects customers with nearby merchants: restaurants, street food, bakeries, grocery, dairy, fruit and vegetable shops, meat and fish, pharmacies, pet care and more. I worked across both clients: the React web app and the React Native Android app published on Google Play.
Role: React & React Native Developer
Stack: React, React Native, JavaScript, Material UI, REST API, Android
What I built
Marketplace of 17 merchant types, from restaurants and bakeries to pharmacies and pet care
Pincode-based delivery check so customers only see stores that deliver to them
Category browsing with recommendations, today's deals and best offers
Shopping cart and customer login
Responsive web app built with React and Material UI
React Native Android app published on Google Play
