For Smart City Project, I was responsible for researching and implementing prototypes using suitable technical stacks aligned with client requirements. This initially involved collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure our solutions met project objectives.
Once the project was handed over to me, I continued to drive its success by leading client demonstrations after each successful feature implementation. This involved organizing and facilitating client calls to highlight our latest developments and gather insights for further improvements.
Additionally, I took on a mentoring role, guiding a team of interns through a comprehensive boot camp to onboard them as developers for the project. This experience allowed me to share knowledge and foster talent within our team.
Post-project completion, I led efforts to refine existing functionalities. This focused on enhancing product features to ensure user-friendly interactions.
