There is something so magical about the ending of an event. It's bittersweet and so wholesome. Months of production planning, vast spreadsheets, and client meetings all wrapped up in a bow and executed to perfection. It's complete bliss. It's complete organized chaos. It's complete dedication. And then it's over—a high I've been chasing for over a decade.

It always leads back to intention when I think about designing events and what I love to bring to the table. When working with clients, my main goal is to become an absolute extension of their team. And I'm not just talking about a personality hire! I want to know what brings them together as a business. I want to understand their values, where they are from, and what their company story is from the beginning. I want to immerse myself in what makes them great and build the event’s foundation from there.

From the vast production of red carpet awards events to the cozy allure of s'mores and storytelling in a mountain cabin—2023 was a journey filled with remarkable achievements with so many unique teams.

Meaningful roundtables, DIY content, experienced facilitators, mindful workshops, and a focus on the depth of the programming can really take it to the next level. Taking an itinerary and adding a little bit of spice is what I enjoy the most. "How can I elevate this? What emotions and sense of belonging can I create here? Can there be glitter somewhere? Each of our extraordinary retreats is a testament to the strong foundation laid by the relationships we fostered right from the very beginning. Networking is an absolute superpower, and I am so proud of our team of event designers who genuinely understand the value relationships bring to the table.
