Real actions, not a demo with fake buttons. Runs on the Hermes Agent (Nous Research) + GPT-5.6 Sol, Convex on the backend. All in one 5-hour sprint. Still rough around the edges, but watching every agent complete a full journey end-to-end - and placing 3rd - was a hell of a way to end the day.
