I led a team in implementing an RPA solution to automate the customer onboarding process for a Fortune 500 company. The goal of this project was to streamline the onboarding process, reduce manual errors, and improve customer experience. By automating repetitive tasks such as data entry, document verification, and system updates, we were able to significantly reduce the time required to onboard new customers.
