Predictive Modelling and Advanced data analysis

This project analyzes hotel pricing data from London City and Covent Garden hotels to estimate occupancy rates and price differentials. Using prices recorded 30 days prior to each stay date, occupancy is estimated based on price ranges—lower prices indicating higher occupancy and vice versa. A price comparison between Travelodge Covent Garden and other hotels is then calculated for stay dates with equal occupancy. The results, including average price differentials, are obtained using machine learning models like XGBoost for accurate prediction.
