Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the help desk and intern operations at a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. Through effective communication and coordination, I facilitated the acquisition of necessary procedures and steps for them to be successful. I also successfully obtained management approval and secured the required access privileges for the designated teams to execute the SOP, resulting in a more streamlined and efficient problem-resolution process
