Students can browse institutions and programs, submit applications, track their progress, receive notifications, and communicate with counselors directly through the platform.
On the operational side, counselors manage their application pipeline, follow-ups, and student communication, while directors get visibility into application volume, progress, and the overall enrollment pipeline.
The platform replaces a fragmented process of emails, forms, spreadsheets, personal notes, and manual follow-ups with one connected system where every application has a structured workflow and clear status.
