Shopee is the leading e-commerce online shopping platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. I was a part of the 0-1 customer service software development team, where we innovated and digitized Shopee's internal customer service workflows. As a result, my design highly increased the productivity of supervisors, managers, and customer service staff across 9 countries.
