IAM Strategy and Roadmap

Worked directly with the CISO and the Head-of-IAM for a thorough maturity assessment, strategy and roadmap for a government regulatory agency in India. Subsequent to the discovery and roadmap adoption, I engaged the in-house service provider to adopt a phased project plan and helped them set up a team to execute the program. Major strategies included detailed guidance on upgrading the IAM solution and migrating it to the client's private cloud, enforce industry-standard security controls and policies around authentication and log integration, privileged account management strategy and access governance.
