Kinlet — A Mobile App for Building Real Friendships Through Shared Interests
Kinlet is a mobile app designed to help people build genuine friendships through shared interests — not dating. I designed the full product experience, from onboarding to chat, using my UI Prompt Engineering workflow with Moonchild AI.
Problem
Most social apps push dating energy or appearance-based matching. People who just want real friends end up with awkward interactions and unclear intentions.
Goal
Create a safe, friendly app where people connect through hobbies, shared passions, and personality — without romantic framing.
Target Users
Students, newcomers to a city, expats, hobbyists, and anyone wanting meaningful social circles.
