5. Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics.
6. Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
7. Communicating with followers, responding to queries promptly, and monitoring customer reviews.
8. Overseeing the design of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
9. Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
10. Regularly review social media pages to ensure content is relevant and valuable.
