Overview

I worked with the YES Acquisitions organization to develop a brand new sales stack that emphasized automation and transparency to the team on each individual's contribution to total activity and revenue production.
I was also responsible for developing their internal shipping system with Shopify, to track and fulfill parcels to their clients across North America.
The primary metric of success was the reduction of administrative work that took the team away from prospecting, closing, and servicing clients. Achieving a 30% reduction of administrative work.
