Google Aye

Designing a scalable feature to reduce group decision fatigue around dining.
iOS / Android - 18-hour Design Hackathon
The design direction emphasized clarity, speed, and trust.
Google Aye is a conceptual mobile feature designed during UX Open 2025 that helps groups decide where to eat more efficiently. Rather than creating a new app, Google Aye integrates into Google’s ecosystem to sync group preferences, rank options, and automatically select a winner—reducing frustration while creating value for both users and the platform. Google Aye demonstrated how small, thoughtful design decisions can solve deeply human problems. This project strengthened my ability to work under pressure, apply design systems effectively, and balance user needs with business considerations—all within an extremely limited timeframe.
