This video was to advertise the Bodies By Bristol personal training package, as well as promote healthy habits for senior citizens. The two individuals featured with Bristol the studio owner/headtrainer were actual Bodies By Bristol clients. The song used in the background was an original piece composed in Mixcraft 8.
