This project was shot on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra S20 and edited in Capcut. This video was to advertise the Bodies By Bristol personal training package, as well as promote healthy habits for senior citizens. The two individuals featured with Bristol the studio owner/headtrainer were actual Bodies By Bristol clients. The song used in the background was an original piece composed in Mixcraft 8.
