Architecture and project plan for a national fitness franchise website rebuild: 60+ locations, ~12K active members, hard go-live deadline.
Problem: an outdated site-builder site that couldn't scale with franchise growth.
What we designed
React + Next.js frontend on Vercel with Sanity headless CMS
Templated location pages so each new franchise launches without a custom build
Central content editing (edit once, all locations update)
SEO-indexable location pages with schema.org LocalBusiness markup
Deliverables: technical architecture document, full project plan, service agreement, kickoff deck.
