Building Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is used to manage HR-related information and planning functions for an employee using ASP .Net Core
6 C#.. It covers the entire process from staff recruitment, onboarding, training
management and staff development to offboarding when an employee
leaves the organization. This system is also able to provide other business
requirements such as modular systems (microservices) with its own data management, audit trail for login and actions conducted, event and calendar
services, HR helpdesk, inbuilt notification and task services, HR workflow and HR
approval services. Implementing multiple instances for the backend server.
