Overview:As the Director of Technical Programs at On Deck, I spearheaded the product-focused group of programs encompassing Design, Product Management, No Code, Data Science, and Engineering. My role was instrumental in leading the On Deck Design (ODD) Fellowship, a continuous community for experienced designers focused on career acceleration and leadership development.

1. Curriculum Development and Execution:
   • Orchestrated a diverse range of programs targeting key skills in Design, PM, No Code, Data Science, and Engineering.
   • Developed and implemented a comprehensive curriculum for the ODD Fellowship, focusing on practical, career-advancing skills.
2. Community Building and Engagement:
   • Successfully built and nurtured a community of experienced designers, creating a supportive environment for professional growth.
   • Organized and hosted monthly social and networking events, fostering strong connections among members.
3. Expert-Led Coaching and Mastermind Sessions:
