Insurance marketplace platform app redesign

I worked closely with the leadership team to understand the look and feel they wanted to achieve, the business goals, and the users’ pain points that needed to be solved.

We reworked the user-flow and I redesigned the layout in Figma as we collaborated through several iterations until it matched their vision and resolved the pain points.

Once agreed upon, I then created a design system with reusable components that became part of the style guide for the MVP that we provided as deliverables to the dev team.

The objective was to create a user-friendly sales agent dashboard where they could manage their status within a gamification reward system, receive qualified leads, and manage clients’ needs.

I was tasked with redesigning a marketplace app where the development team had already implemented the functionality. However, the app lacked a user-friendly design that satisfied both the stakeholders and the users. 

I collaborated closely with the leadership team to understand their desired look and feel that aligned with their vision and met the users’ needs. This led us to create MVP designs that prioritized both the company’s vision and fulfilled the user’s needs, and provided a clear roadmap for the development team.
