Following an acquisition, the move of services provided by IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM MQ Advanced and tools were necessary to vacate a DC without interruption of business processing.
• Owned the acquired Enterprise Integration Layer (EIL) processed ~2M files monthly between enterprise and local business applications.
• Provided design, technical guidance and planning that ensured success without interruption or loss of a single transaction ahead of the established deadline for DC closure.
• Allowed for an extended timeline to migrate all integration applications to existing ESB solution.
• Saved DC costs and the expense of adding external resources to expedite ESB and business application migration.
