Natusvet Manipulados was created to fill a clear gap in Sete Lagoas: the absence of a specialised veterinary compounding pharmacy. More than a business, it positions itself as a partner to veterinarians, supporting them with technical excellence, ethical commitment, and a focus on tangible results for animal health and wellbeing.
The brand’s mission is centred on promoting animal care through personalised pharmaceutical solutions — always guided by science, innovation, and responsibility. Its vision is to become a regional reference in veterinary compounding, recognised not only for the quality and safety of its treatments, but also for building trust with professionals and raising awareness about the importance of customised medication.
When shaping the brand, we focused on its dual role:
. Veterinarians as the primary audience — the prescribers and technical partners. For them, Natusvet presents itself as an extension of their clinics, offering agile, precise, and reliable support.
. Tutors and caregivers as the emotional link — the ones who ultimately receive the medication and care for the animals. Here, the brand needed to convey empathy, trust, and a sense of personalised attention.
The tone of voice was crafted to balance technical authority with warmth. It communicates in a way that is professional yet approachable, ensuring clarity without losing human connection. Visually, the identity reflects accessibility, precision, and care, reinforcing the company’s role as an ethical, innovative, and humanised veterinary pharmacy.
Natusvet’s branding tells a story of transformation: from a local unmet need to a reference point in animal healthcare — always committed to excellence, personalisation, and the wellbeing of animals of all sizes, from household pets to equines.
