Mobile banking is one of the fastest and most convenient ways to access banking services, but senior citizens have had the hardest time adapting to this new model of banking. It has been observed that most senior citizens preferred to physically go to the bank, but with the onset of the covid-19 pandemic, many were forced to adopt online banking services. We wanted to make senior citizens as relaxed and confident while using mobile banking.
