The Challenge
Mobile commerce has a notoriously high cart abandonment rate. The design needed to make every step from product discovery to purchase feel effortless — removing friction at each stage while keeping the visual experience premium.
Design Approach
The app follows a clear user flow: discover → browse → save → buy. Each screen was designed to move the user naturally to the next step without feeling pushy. Product imagery is given maximum real estate throughout.
Key design decisions:
Full-bleed product images on the home feed for maximum visual impact
Persistent cart icon with item count in the top navigation
Streamlined product detail page with size/color selectors above the fold
Guest checkout option to reduce sign-up friction
Order tracking screen with real-time status updates
