Mova Parcel Delivery

In today’s world, convenience is king. It’s no surprise that online shopping has long become the norm. Why leave the comfort of your cosy couch and go to the store when you can get everything you need with a few taps and swipes on your iPhone?

Haulage and delivery services in Nigeria is still a major challenge, especially in Lagos, the commercial capital of Nigeria. With terrible road networks and poor traffic management systems among many other problems, delivery services are unable to effectively estimate the time of arrival of packages and users are unable to effectively track their goods.

There are existing solutions in the market that offer interesting services but the major challenges for users are trust that their parcels will always be delivered fast and in perfect condition, transparency in terms of real-time feedback of where their parcel is and when it will arrive at the destination.

These are the major problems that need to be solved:

To create a solution that aggregates a network of delivery bikes and cars and helps people place their orders to move their packages and track the delivery.

The application should also include a feature to getting shipping cost and allow the users to choose the most convenient delivery methods.

My role on the project was to design a mobile application that makes on-demand parcel delivery faster with a real-time tracking system.
