🧠Objective
Design a calm, trust first landing page for sensitive skin users, optimized for paid traffic and first time visitors.
The goal was to
Build instant trust for reactive and sensitive skin
Clearly communicate gentle, botanical benefits
Drive product exploration and shop intent

Page strategy: Structured a soothing, low friction flow for sensitive skin buyers, problem led hook, reassurance, benefits, ingredients, then CTA
Copywriting: Wrote gentle, benefit focused copy that reduces fear, avoids harsh claims, and speaks to skin recovery and comfort
Conversion UX: Placed soft CTAs, trust cues, and benefit clusters to guide hesitant users without pressure
Design direction: Led visual hierarchy, calming color use, and mobile responsiveness using PageDeck’s modular system
Purpose
Create a trust led, conversion focused landing page for people with sensitive skin who are tired of irritation and overactive products. The page needed to feel calm, safe, and credible while guiding first time visitors toward exploration and purchase.
Problem
Most skincare landing pages rely on aggressive claims, cluttered layouts, and urgency driven CTAs. For sensitive skin users, this increases doubt and hesitation. NURELLE needed a page that reduced fear, clearly explained benefits, and reassured users without overwhelming them.
My Approach
I designed a soft conversion flow that leads with empathy, not pressure.
The hero establishes safety and suitability immediately.
The copy acknowledges common skin reactions before introducing solutions.
Benefits are grouped into hydration, soothing, and barrier repair for easy scanning.
Ingredient transparency is surfaced early to build trust with ingredient conscious buyers.
CTAs use calm, inviting language to match the emotional state of the audience.
Outcome
The final page presents NURELLE as a gentle, reliable solution for sensitive skin.
Users quickly understand who the product is for, why it is safe, and how it helps.
The layout guides visitors from reassurance to confidence, increasing the likelihood of engagement and shop intent without relying on urgency.
Next Step
Use this page as a foundation for paid traffic and influencer campaigns.
Layer in reviews, before and after visuals, and A B test CTA language to further improve conversions.
Expand the ingredient section into educational content to strengthen long term brand trust.
