One of our recent clients Saudi Dates faced alot of decline & negativity in the orders due to the way Logistic Company that was handling the orders. They were delivering the orders late & packaging was not upto the standards due to which we face a lot of back lash from the customers. What we did is we quickly hire a response team who's only task was to deal/handle those customer who faced those issues. We send them official apology, gave them free wallet credits on their accounts giving them free deliveries & coupons codes to make them come on the website and placed their orders once done we send them their orders in premium packaging. By doing this we successfully regained 90+ previous customer back on the website.
